An industrial building that you can drive up to all levels and park right in front of the unit. Friendly business operators and nice local food at the food court downstairs!!
Woodlands II foodcourt the food there is value for money. Big portion n delicious food especially the popiah is my favourite. Do try the popiah if u are there, the size is big n inside have more ingredients as compared to elsewhere. I will eat the popiah again.
This Woodlands 11 was being built as a office building. But later, people rented it as office use, storeroom to store their goods, showroom for display plus sales...But the ground floor confirmed mostly for child care centres more, mostly 90% being occupied & run by child care centres. The car park are rather big & parking lots are real big enough for parking of Class 4 vehicles, of course with cars also in, If im not wrong, it comprise of 7th story high and 1 way going up the car park and the other side of the building are going down. As for the handicap lot, there are spacious of car park lots and a single lot already big enough for handicap accessible & convince for them to get in & out of their car. On one far end is the spacious coffee shop. It have various kind of foods, especially Mookata is there, roasted duck rice (My Favourite), Indian food, taiwan delights, Chi Char stall also a popular one etc...take note that lunch & dinner time will be crowded with working people & residents staying around that area! Nice place to have food & buying of toiletries, just opened (new). Furniture stores, hardware shop etc...👍🏻
I came here for the western food. V.Big portion. Eat till shiok shiok... most people came for the siam sq mookata... I have yet to try this outlet.

Many convenient fast food.
The mixed vegetable rice is tasty but sometimes the selection is less. Taiwan 台风味 is delicious, zi char staff some rude some ok.
This coffee shop ,peri peri grille paste the worse service l have see,is it wrong to ask why my order take so long, one of the staff a thin guy reply me,grille chicken have to take longer time to cook,if u can't wait next time don't order. What service they have very disappointed 😞 …
